What is Healing?

At times, we are confused by what exactly is healing and how can healing be achieved. That said, we do know that healing implies some form of positive change(s). Healing is one of those things that is a part of everyone’s life that we often conceptualise or understand differently. To heal means to restore to health, to mend physically, mentally, emotionally or even to return to spiritual wholeness. At times, healing is defined as the process of bringing together aspects of one’s mind-body-spirit; which is, to realign them back into balance.
